Joe Frost was born and raised in Randlett, Utah on a three generation Family cattle ranch. Joe is the oldest of four Josh, Jate, and Jacelyn Frost, and all of the Frost kids grew up working on the ranch! “We have done everything from ranching, riding, roping, riding bareback broncs, bulldogging, to riding bulls!” The Frost’s are a competitive bunch that have been involved in rodeo from the Jr. Rodeo Ranks all the way to the Professional Ranks! Joe’s career took off with his win at Jr high nationals in bull riding and again winning high school  nationals in  2010, then winning college nationals in 2014.

Joe attended college at Oklahoma Panhandle State University, where Joe obtained his bachelor's degree in Agri-business and a minor in Agronomy. 

Joe married Kylee in 2017, now proud parents to two beautiful girls Luella Rose, and  Lanae Rae, and a new addition to the family coming in 2024!

Joe runs about 150 cows with a total of 600 head of cattle between Joe,  his dad, and his brothers, and through this job is how Joe got involved in the working cowdog and Frost Stock Dogs was born. Having cowdogs is not a hobby, its a passion for Joe! When you truly get to work day in and day out with the best cowdogs in the business, you cant help but fall in love with the process. Joe not only uses these cowdogs daily, but has expanded his operation to breeding, raising, and training these cowdogs to work ranches around the world!
